Changing an existing identity SSL key and certificate hangs on "Syncing data with core, please wait..."

Description

I had an existing identity with SSL key and certificate set. I tried to change the key and certificate, clicked Apply and it hung on "Sync With Core". I have to click on Abort, and the key and cert aren't changed.

The workaround is to first clear both key and cert, click Apply, then load the new key and cert and click Apply. Then the certs are loaded without a hang.

OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
quassel: 0.13.1-2ubuntu0~ppa0~16.04.0

I am unable to reproduce this issue on Fedora 34, running Quassel compiled from git.

Could you please verify that you're still seeing this issue?
