Creating a new custom Chatlist with a single network does not show network name

Steps to Recreate the issue
1. Go to Settings -> configure Quassel
2. Under Interface Option select Custom Chat Lists
3. Select Add and add any name for your list
4. In the Network Dropdown menu select any network you have other than default option "All"
5. The Preview on the side shows "Status Buffer" instead of Network Name that you selected.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 20H2 or Fedora 34, both running Quassel 0.13.1 or newer.
I suspect that at some point, this was fixed without realizing, perhaps the result of a code overhaul.
