Description

Currently only bufferview settings get saved periodically.
At least in the mono client a bugger as long as we have some crashes ;)

Write aliases+ignorelist changes to DB immediately

Hopefully pleases EgS and fixes #809

reopening

I just noticed this BR and have to object to the solution. :)
The question is: how often do aliases / ignore lists change? rarely.
So I think the best solution would be to simply make those changes persistent on change and not periodicaly.
