Chat monitor not grabable after it's reenabled

Description
After I re-enabled the chat monitor, I couldn't grab it to adjust its size and the border looked too narrow.
Stopping and restarting the client got me to a normal situation.

On the upside, this does seem to be fixed in Qt 4.5 - at least I can no longer confirm it on my 4.5 box.

fixed with >=qt 4.5, which is already minimum version for quassel
