Description

If you have set the scrollback lines to be fetched at start to be less than a full window at start, you cannot fetch scrollback. please make it so you can.

Fixing BR #419 - Any Action that would normaly trigger a scroll in the
ChatView triggers now a backlogrequest even if there is no scrollbar
visible. (MouseWheel, Page_Up/_Down, Shift Key_Up/_Down)

This is a known issue. Forcing a scrollbar isn't the way to do it though, there will be most like like a shortcut / button / context menu entry... something like that.
