Query buffer active/inactive is not always accurate after nick changes occur

Description
This bug appears to occur whenever a person changes nick and query windows were open to both the new and the old nick.
Here is an example:
1) You are talking in PM to a friend with the nick User. Their query buffer shows as active.
2) User_2 joins the channel and PMs you to explain that their connection died. User_2's query buffer shows as active.
3) User quits with a ping timeout, and their query buffer changes to inactive (greyed out). So far, all is normal.
4) User_2 changes nick to User. HOWEVER, User's query still shows as inactive, and User_2's query still shows as active, despite the fact that User_2 is no longer on the channel, and User is.
