Description

While doing almost nothing, Quassel still uses 8-9% of CPU resources.
Process Explorer threads information shows that this problem is somehow related to graphics processing: stack of problematic thread contains ig75icd64.dll!DrvValidateVersion function.
Tested versions: quassel-x64-setup-0.13.1.7z, Windows.zip (nightly).

Problem should be solved, not hidden.

I will add this site to blocklist if admins do not fix spam problems.

Sorry, we haven't sorted out a good anti-spam option. It's been brought up in #quassel on Libera Chat, and I'm not sure what the most recent goal was.

Some of the community folks do look out for spam, but there isn't (yet) a proactive method, just reacting.

If there's a way to configure Redmine to hold comments in a moderation queue, that would probably help!
