Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open Settings>Configure Quassel
Select Notifications
Enable the "Enable Snore" checkbox if it is not already checked
Click "Secondary Backends"
Click the "Pushover.net" link

What should happen: The URL Pushover.net should be opened in the OS's default web browser.

What actually happens: Nothing. The cursor changes to a hand in Windows when hovering (default URL hover behavior) but no browser opens.
