Seems like the API token for pushover is hard coded in the Quassel Client.
I guess someone has registered a free API token at pushover.net which allows for 7500 monthly push messages.
This can cause some issues if the threshold on pushover.net is exceeded, stopping this service to work for all Quassel users.

The feature request is this:
Give users the option to insert their own pushover API token either in the GUI or in a configuration file. This way all users are not affected if someone steps over the 7500 pushover limit.
