Improve /away handling (and add /back)

Description
/away behaviour should be changed: /away (without message) should use the default message (-> identity), and we should introduce a new command /back to return again.

The two main CLI clients irssi and WeeChat both use the current way of using /away (without message) for coming back. It's also specified similarly in the RFC.
GUI clients tend to have something like /back, but tbh, if you have a GUI, you can provide a much nicer way such as using a toolbar button anyway.
A /back command could be added by way of an alias/plugin later.
Therefore, we have decided to keep it like it is no.
