Description
Allow users to setup regex based actions in the same way they can in the ignore menu except, instead of ignoring, allow other actions to be performed, such as commands or sending the message to the chat monitor, current chat, etc. Combined with Feature #1342, this would allow users to setup their own custom CTCP replies, among other things.
