Description
Add the ability to rearrange network listings/channels/PMs, via options > interface > Custom chat lists to affect how networks are listed in the 'all chats' chat list.
Currently there's an option to disable sorting alphabetically, but no ability to actually change sorting beyond that as far as i'm able to see.
I'd like to be able to rearrange networks/channels in the order i use them most, and be able to change that at my leisure.

Quassel lets you rearrange channels/PMs by drag and drop after you disable alphabetical sorting.
Unfortunately, network names are always sorted alphabetically - you might be interested in Networks in custom view only alphabet-sortable
