Customize Icons¶
The QuasselClient executable bundles all icons inside the executable itself to use as default icons. It does however first look at the ./icons/
directory first. If your installation is missing the icons
folder, you can download copy it from here to your Quassel directory.
Changing the System Tray Icons¶
Windows¶
- System Tray (Disconnected from core):
icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/quassel-inactive.png
- System Tray (Connect to core):
icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/quassel.png
- System Tray (Highlighted Message):
icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/quassel-message.png
An example of changing the Quassel (connected to a core) icon in the system tray to the SSL ok icon.
