when set timestamp format to [hh:mm], do not show the same timestamp again.

this has the same goal and optic like feature request #870.

Both are standart within the irc client chatzilla and in the result the chat screen looks alot nicer and better to read, especialy when atlot of activity is going on.

please look at this picture and regard the timestamps and the apperance of the nicks:

both features should be very easy to integrate and will make the general view a lot more clearer.
