Remote clients don't register notification handled

Description
When you have a Quassel client running on two machines, and you get a notification, the task bar entry blinks on Windows and jumps on Mac. However, the clients don't stop this notification when it has been handled in one of the clients, so the Mac one never stops bouncing, for example.
It would be nice, if even possible, to ensure that the notifications are "un-notified" on the other remote clients when they have been handled in one client.

As far as i know, this works fine now; i can't test it on all platforms though.
