Description

As apachelogger found out (thanks), the KDE buildsystem won't overwrite install locations if they're already set. Hence, we shouldn't set them in that case.

Also, we need to pimp our data file finding algorithm to use KStandardDirs in that case (needs to move out of common/ then), or specify the full path to the chosen data dir as an env variable (but I do see problems with prefixes there).
