as you know, in support channels, many users query you without asking permission
i find this a nuisance and it really interfers with the workflow.
the only irc clients afaik that have this feature are pidgin (pidgin-privacy-please plugin) and irssi (whitelist.pl), which are both not the right clients for my needs.
so, having whitelist in quassel would be really nifty.
user should be able to define a message that is shown to the turned away user that wants to query.
