[MacOS] "White style" icons being used on dark system theme

Description

The white theme icon pack is being used when Quassel is started under dark mode.

Additionally changing the system mode (white/ dark) does not lead to any change in the set icons/ fonts, although "Auto" mode is enabled.

When macOS is in Dark Mode, Quassel should use light-colored icons (or dark-themed ones, depending on the icon design) for proper visibility. When in Light Mode, the white-style icons are appropriate. https://www.ez-passma.com
