Description

When the "Lock Layout" feature is disabled, the drag handles in the Quassel Client are visually inconsistent between Toolbars (Main Toolbar and Nick Toolbar), and Widgets (Input Widget, Chat Monitor, and Topic Widget).

Toolbars have a drag handle consisting of a series of dots in a vertical line. For example: https://phuzion.s-ul.eu/t1Bt9Bzq.png

Widgets have a drag handle consisting of two vertical lines connected at the top with a horizontal line. For example: https://phuzion.s-ul.eu/1qsWxXKd.png

The visual inconsistency here makes it unclear that these two UI elements serve the same purpose.

I would propose that we modify all drag handles to use the same visual representation to make it more clear to users that they all serve the same purpose. My personal preference is for the vertical dots, however I'm fine with the vertical lines as well.

Screenshots were taken of Quassel Client 0.13.1 (x64) running on Windows 10 20H2.
