There seems to be a regression after some windows 10 update.
On quassel 0.12.4
new behavior: while hibernating, IRC disconnects and reconnects every few minutes from all channels
expected (old) behavior: while hiberanting, IRC disconnects
To be clear: this has previously worked fine on the same platform with the same version of quassel.
