Description
notification sounds use kdelibs4 theme. They should use oxygen-sounds from Plasma 5.
quassel.notifyrc:Sound=KDE-Im-Highlight-Msg.ogg
->
quassel.notifyrc:Sound=Oxygen-Im-Highlight-Msg.ogg
and the same for the other Sound=, replace KDE- with Oxygen- in the name
