Description
I personally don't like the way how Notices are shown. So I'd just like to take this issue for open discussion.
I've attached a screenshot to point out my main concerns:
1.) I think those brackets ([]) look strange and are unnecessary, especially on empty messages.
2.) If the message is coming from a regular user, I think only the nickname should be displayed and not the whole hostmask.
Thoughts?
PS: I'm assigning this to you sput, as you're the style engine pro :)
