Description
When query is initiated with a Cyrillic nickname, the buffer is created and it shows messages from the other side but attempt to answer gives "No such nick/channel ????" and while your message is still shown in the buffer but the recipient don't see it.

This happens only when trying to open query with a user who is using different Cyrillic encoding.
