I understand that quassel is mainly KDE, however I think it would be great to get proper notifications in GNOME3. As of right now the notifications don't work properly even after specifying then in the "run command" option. Here is what I have in there now and nothing pops up, however when typing on the command line as the same user works.
$/usr/bin/notify-send --hint=int:transient:1 message
