Description
Most often I want to repeat a message in the same channel or private query I originally typed in, and this is usually how it works when I press up in other clients. It's also handy when I'm speaking privately with someone and I get another PM; I'll type "hang on 1 sec" to that person before I finish what I'm typing to the first person (I get plenty of PM as an active OP).
