General Multiple window functionality.

Description
I would like to be able to rip a channel into it's own window, similar to how chromium makes it easy to move tabs about.
I also really appreciate the All Buffers way of listing things.
Basically, if the chat view, and the chat monitors could be in the same type of widget at the "All Buffers" is, that would be an awesome start.
It would be nice to have the buffers list be attachable to each little floaty chat-view, but I know not of any applications with that modularity.

I'll second that. Not having multiple window support is a deal-breaker for me. I realise I can open multiple clients, but that's just silly and too cluttered to be practical. Please add multiple window support soon !
