Add functionalties from nick widget to chat widget

Description
In the nick widget I can start a query, or whois by right clicking on the nick. It would be nice to be able too do this within the chat widget. Then I have not to search the nick widget when I want to start a query (whois, ..) with a nick who mentioned something shortly before in the chat widget.

See #283, would be good to have a centralized way for creating a context menu for buffers and nicks. ChatView will be made interactive to allow triggering such an action.
