Description
If I want to ban someone, I want to ban !*hostname or some other custom banmask. - not nick*!* please make this possible via alias's.

The current ban handler is already quite smart as it bans not the nick but
!ident@.sld.tld.
In addition I just added a feature to the alias engine which allows the expanding of nicks to their corresponding hostnames:
