Description
Messages from !-Channels (see http://ircd.de/doc/channels.html) appear in the chatmonitor as:
[00:00:00] <network:> message
it lacks channel- and username.

attached patch fixes this.

This has been fixed with the new ChatView-based ChatMonitor.
